Care of Sweden welcomes Linda Andrén as new CEO
Care of Sweden is pleased towelcome Linda Andrén as its new CEO, marking the start of the company’s next chapter.
With more than 20 years of international leadership experience across industry, academia and the public sector, Linda brings a broad perspective on strategy, business development, transformation and long-term value creation. Her ambition is clear: to build on Care of Sweden’s strong value proposition and global presence, while continuing to develop solutions that contribute to safer, smarter and more resilient care.
Drawn by purpose, inspired by possibility
Linda was drawn to Care of Sweden’s clear purpose and the company’s role in improving outcomes in everyday healthcare. She sees significant potential in the company’s high-quality autonomous mattress solutions and smart prevention technology, designed to support caregivers with reliable, individualized pressure redistribution across care environments.

As healthcare systems face increasing demands, Linda believes Care of Sweden can play an important role by helping caregivers work more proactively, consistently and efficiently. By combining clinical knowledge with autonomous technology, the company can reduce the need for manual adjustments and support more predictable outcomes in daily care.
Linda brings extensive experience from executive leadership roles at a global level, with responsibility for business development, sustainability, operational performance and strategic transformation. She also led Sweden’s green initiative in Washington, D.C. for three years, based at the Embassy of Sweden, strengthening her international perspective on sustainability, partnerships and cross-sector collaboration. In addition, she has led business units and factories across Europe with full P&L responsibility, giving her a practical understanding of how strategy, production, people and customers need to align to deliver lasting results. Her leadership is characterized by clear direction, collaboration, adaptability and strong execution.
Focus on value and growth
Building on Care of Sweden’s mission, Supporting Life, and its vision of eliminating pressure injuries, Linda’s focus will be on purposeful growth, innovation and operational excellence. She also highlights the value of the company’s European manufacturing footprint, which strengthens quality, reliability and responsibility throughout the value chain.
As Linda steps into the role of the new CEO, Magnus Högberg will remain at Care of Sweden. As the owner and part of the board, he will continue to support Care of Sweden in its vision for a world without pressure injuries.
Looking ahead, Linda emphasizes collaboration as a key driver of future success. Together with employees, customers and partners, she aims to build momentum around the company’s mission, broaden its impact and make high-quality prevention technology more accessible across healthcare.
