The new CEO of Care of Sweden is Karl Bülow

After 23 eventful years, it is time for Care of Sweden’s founder Magnus Högberg to hand over the position of CEO. The role has been assigned to Karl Bülow, currently dep CEO, starting from the turn of the year 2022. Karl Bülow has been with Care of Swedens management since 2018 with marketing, sales, customer care, and product management responsibilities.

– It is with great joy I have accepted the position. Care of Sweden’s values and offer is fantastic, I feel well integrated into the company after the last years working together with Magnus and the team. Our objectives will not change, and the plan is in place says Karl Bülow, Dep CEO of Care of Sweden.

Care of Sweden has a strong presence in Scandinavia, with competitive products and a strong vision shared by the employees – something that provides good conditions ahead where the focus will be on international growth.

– The most important thing during the company’s previous years has been the employees and it will remain so. Care of Sweden is a workplace where there must be a clear expectation of the role, one’s efforts, and an opportunity to become the best one can be. To ensure that we fulfill the owner and board directives regarding further expansion I have assigned the position of Dep. CEO to Pierre Andersson. Pierre has a long experience from production in an international setting alongside values and leadership that we share, together we create a solid foundation to take Care of Sweden forwards says, Karl Bülow.

The change of CEO will take effect from 1 January 2022. Magnus Högberg will resign from all operational activities within the company, yet will retain his seat on the board and continue to own the company.

– We have had a good plan and enough time to complete the change. Together with the strong management team, Karl will make the future interesting and I am excited to follow the company’s continued development going forwards, says Magnus Högberg.
